Do NOT use this company - they do not show upOverall Rating

I had a move scheduled with them. I even called to confirm my appointment the day before, and verified that everything was set up. The lady who answered the phone said I was scheduled for the next day, and that someone would call before they arrived. The next day Army Ant movers DID NOT SHOW UP. They did not call, and did not even answer the phone when I tried to call them to find out where they were. I ended up having to find another mover at the last minute. The next day I called Army Ant to complain to the manager... he said he was going to put me "on hold" to find out what happened, but he just hung up on me. I tried to call back, and again got no answer. I cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Being stuck on the day of your move with no movers is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are better companies out there who actually show up!!

These are not professionals! The movers are awful! They were there 30 min before they started moving anything; they disappeared, were lazy and had cocky teenage attitudes. They told me that they would take care of and wrap my stuff, but they only did a few things. They rummaged through my clean linens without asking to wrap some things. They put packing tape on some of my furniture. The movers took my belongings, unprotected, down the stairs and some things were damaged. They were also damaged in the move. They ran the clock and my bill up! When I called the office to complain, they wouldn't hear of how their movers could do anything wrong, because they were just threatening me saying that my credit card declined. They tried to intimidate me and say they would get me for a felony. Well it turns out his 'do no wrong staff ' wrote my credit card info down wrong! It was an extremely, horrible experience.
