Got a surprise charge like eduardo and now all phones are disconnected. I'm out $250 and doesn't look like I'll be getting any back. I was happy with the service up until the point they stole money from me.
Credit card surprise

I was pleased after using their service in may 2008, but the problem was in Aug, i got $129 charged on my credit card!!!!! I called and finally after hearing recordings, was told it was their mistake ,that somehow i was on a frequent customer list and would be removed at that moment. I was told it would take 24-48 hrs to remove the amount from my credit card. Well guess what? It's still there after leaving messages, sending a fax and an e-mail.with no response. I talked to my bank today and was recommended to take legal action.

DID CONTRACT ON 4/24/08 FROM E.DUBLIN,GA. TO HULL,MA. THE PICKUP DATE WAS 5/30/08. ON THAT DAY STARTED TO CALL AT 2PM BECAUSE NO ONE HAD CALLED LEFT MESSAGE AT 2 FOR HECTOR TO C/B,THEN AT 3:15 I L/M FOR HECTOR,MARIA AND ANTHONY IN DISPATCH AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK ,IN TOTAL I LEFT 14 MESSAGES FRIDAY AND CALLED 6 TIMES ON SATURDAY,NO ONE CALLED AND THEN I E MAILED THEM, STILL NO RESPONSE. WE HAD TO GET ON A PLANE SUNDAY AND LEAVE OUR CARS IN E. DUBLIN AND CALL ANOTHER CAR TRANSPORTER TO MOVE THE CARS,BUT NONE OF THEM COULD DO IT UNTIL 6/3/08 OR 6/5/08 I WILL SEND CONTRACT TO PROVE THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY ARE THE PITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTSSSSSS DID CONTRACT FROM HALLANDALE,FL. TO EAST DUBLIN,GA. FIRST (SEE BELOW) DID CONTRACT ON 4/24/08 WITH HECTOR, 2 CARS GOING TO E.DUBLIN GA. ON 4/30/08 FROM HALLANDALE,FL. NO CONTACT UNTIL 5PM FROM ANYONE,THEN SENT NICE GUY AND HIS GIRL,MARIA TO GOT MY 2 CARS WITH A PICKUP TRUCK,AND A RAMP ATTACHED TO THE TRUCKS BED, THEY WERE NEW TO THE BUS. BUT VERY PLEASANT. GOT THE CARS VERY LATE AT NIGHT.

This co. charged my cc $165 and told me I'd get p/u "asap". Well 12 DAYS later some guy with a pick up (smaller than the one I'm transporting) with a little trailer hitched to the back shows up, speaks no English, and has no insurance documentation that I saw. Tried calling Maria many times, she calls back 39 hours later (can hear her chewing food,and a dog barking in the background) she tells me that she did her job and that I was not entitled to a refund. STAY AWAY .........COMPLETE FRAUD !!!!
