They are a joke and a disgrace

They gave me a quote for 100 cu meters and 200 cu meters. In the end, I had 150 cubic meters, and they charged me more than the 200 quote. They said I didn't tell them in time and they didn't book the right size berth on the ship (moved to UK).Well, considering that was July and they didn't put my stuff on the ship until late Oct, I find that hard to believe. Why wasn't it on the ship? They claimed not to have one of many forms asking the same information, even though I had sent it i with my check. They never bother to contact you to tell you that they are missing anything. When I called them, for two weeks all lines were busy. Finally I spoke to someone, and they have Vonage for a phone system!!! Fly by night operation. Finally, I got everything squared away, and I have been e-mailing them weekly for an update. They won't even respond. I have no idea where my stuff is at all. Its been nearly 5 months.
