Michael's Movers Were Amazing!

Michael's Movers sent over 3 guys to help us move and they were absolutely AMAZING!! Their names were Stancho, Juan, and Alex, they helped us move on Saturday April 30th, from Weymouth Mass to Tewksbury Mass. All 3 guys were very polite, incredibly professional, and super fast. Knowing they are getting paid by the hour, they could have taken their time or took longer, but not these guys. They were non stop from when they arrived to when they left, the only break they took was lunch on the ride to Tewksbury. They showed up shortly after 8am, and were on the road home by 4pm. With all our stuff and a garage full of crap, I thought we be moving til 9 or 10pm that night. When they showed up, we were not completely packed, and they had no problems helping us finish packing boxes. They were very careful with every piece of furniture, box, or item they moved as to not damage it. Alex, who mostly packed the truck, is some sort of magician! He had that truck packed so tight, we could not even fit another marble in there. I can not say enough good things about all 3 guys. Luckily, my girlfriend speaks fluent Spanish and could easily converse with them, although they did speak English. Thank God this is my last move for at least 30 years, but if any friends or relatives are looking to move, I am recommending Michael's Moving. Not to mention, Their total price compared to other estimates was, by far, the best. I was quoted $926 and the total ended up being $1,113.00, not far off the mark considering the amount of stuff they had to move. Not to sound cliche, but it was worth EVERY penny!! Just so you know, I did tip each guy $40, so I guess my total cost for the move was $1,233.00, but that is still $300 less than the next closest estimate. One company quoted me $1,850.00 and they actually had some bad reviews on the internet. Hiring Michael's Movers has clearly been the best money we have spent on this move!

I used Michael's Movers last weekend for my move from Hopkinton to Beacon Hill. They arrived at my house first thing in the morning (on time) with smiles on their faces and they packed up the moving truck in no time. They arrived at my apartment in Beacon Hill and brought up all 30 of my boxes and other furniture in less than 2 hours! Did I mention I live in 5th floor walkup with 67 stairs and narrow stairwells? Bryan from Michael's Movers gave me an accurate quote and the only reason why it was more than the original estimate was because I needed to purchase some packing materials. I would recommend them to anyone - quick, professional and very nice!

First used michael's movers in summer 2008 and I had a pretty positive experience. I didn't want to be a burden on my dad and they seemed to be very fairly priced. A couple years go by and last week I am moving into a new apartment with my sister and we needed to get out quick before another snow storm hit. I called the day before and they said they could do it. They showed up on time, were very friendly and did the whole move in a relatively short time... ...IN A BLIZZARD. I will definitely use them in the future (although I don't want to think about that haha)

USE Michasel's Movers! I REPEAT - YOU WILL BE SATISFIED! Believe me, I have had my fair share of bad moves and was really really happy with the end result of my move! The movers were really pros and got everything done before I finished my morning coffee! The cost was in line with the services I got so nothing to be afraid of! I recommend them!!

Not only were they hours late on the scheduled date to pickup my stuff, the customer service gave faulty information and said my stuff was loaded up 5 days before it actually was loaded onto the trucks. Clearly, they did not arrive on the initial scheduled day the dispatcher said it would (arrived 5 days later). Additionally, the driver did not give ANY notice that he was delivering until he arrived at my apartment a day early than the second scheduled date. I was out of town so they told me i had to pay them $150 for "making them wait" despite the fact that they were off schedule. I cut down important family matters early to drive back 7 hours to make it home in time, then they never showed up. Hours later i received a call from the driver saying they were having problems with the truck ( due to his fault ) that they will not be able to deliver my stuff that day, that he would deliver it the next morning. Here I am still waiting and it is already afternoon. I've tried calling the driver and have not been able to get hold of him. THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. I am not exaggerating, if not toning it down. They are the worst.
