Over 3 Hours Late and They Complained the Whole Time and Misinformed me

For my move from boston to nyc, these movers were over three hours late. When I called their office, all they said was that they must be stuck in traffic. They tried to get a hold of the drivers but could not. Then the men finally showed up. No apologies, no explanation. They were jerks, and they said that I had too much stuff for them. They also told me that I would be charged more if I had more than their estimate stated (I got a supposedly locked in price for the move from the company prior to this). They also insinuated that I lied to the company about how much stuff I had and how many stairs were involved because it was apparently too much stuff for 2 men. Their company sent a rep to my apt a month prior to see everything and the stairs, etc. so they were just being jerks. Also, one of the guys asked me about my ethnic and religious background; and I don't think he was being friendly. The men were also late for my drop off in nyc. They were still jerks even though there is a freight elevator. Overall, the lateness and rudeness of the employees made this my worst moving experience, and I have used several moving companies.

I was informed that I will get an estimated delivery date 2-3 days after pick-up, has been well over 2 months now and I have called every single day after the first week and still no response but for "you will get a call tomorrow."
