They are bad news from begining to end! They gave us a bad estimate, the reality was twice as much. There were hidden costs for things we never could have imagined nor anticipated. They delivered the things early which in normal circumstances would have been fine except that we had not arrived in the state and then when we did arrive they showed up four hours after our flight touched down (get it - four hours sleep...) rang the door bell, demanded we pay them cash (who travels with that much cash?) NOW! We didn't have a car so how could we go to a bank AND we didn't even know where one was! We got that fixed and then the furniture was broken and the boxes smashed. We notified the company. They said we didn't. We filled out forms, they said we didn't. It has been nine months, they still haven't paid. They haven't even weighed the furniture which is how they determine the payment. They are now offering $100 for the entire dining room set! Do yourself a favor - go with another company!
