Galaxy Moving Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience and will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau. I was given the run around after the move took place and still am. First of all, I was quoted one price and then when the movers were done, they quoted me a different price and charged me an extra hour. The movers and the company very unprofessional. The movers got black stuff on my clothes and furniture and the company; even the general manager won't tell me how to get it out or never once apologized for that happening. Kept giving me excuses for everything (over payment, missing lamp shade parts to lamps, black stuff) and he also told me that maybe the move never took place when I have a receipt showing it did. The movers packed up my lamps and lamp shades, but am now without the pieces to put them back together. No compensation, no refund on the overpayment or for the missing pieces. General manager kept telling me he would call me back, but to this day (5 days later) he still hasn't called me back. I highly do not recommend them!!
