Southern Group Inc, Doral Florida My household items were packed and pallated myself and my brother (he works at UPS). Southern Group sent a subcontracted UPS truck w/ lift to pick up our items to be sent to their warehouse before making its way overseas. I never had face-to-face contact with the company. The ratings above apply to UPS, however the contract was through Southern Group. Southern Group has poor customer relations and doesn't follow through per contractual and or oral agreements. Consumers beware! Website is not fully operational and Emergency contact number is only available during business hours. Contact info: www.sougroup.com or 954-746-5077. They are not familiar with customs formalities even though they claim to be international shippers. Currently, they are not accredited through the BBB. They do have a maritime license: FMC# 016019N.
