I am not sure about the other reviews. I talked with Joe and gave him a list of things I would be taken to my winter home and he worked hard to get me the price I needed as well as the delivery date and after alot of email and phone calls we came to a understanding. I am so happy he worked with me all went well and I did not pay one cent over the est and my things arived in 5 days as he told me they would in fact I was late when the truck called me I told them I would be there in 6 hours and they said not a problem they would eat and rest in the meantime. I can not be more happy with this company. thank you sooooo much joe and sunway you made an old lady very happy.

I know this website will not post this review due to pay offs and bribes but will try anyway in fact if I dont see it I will help sunway with legal action someone has to pay for ad space on this web site and that is how you get good reviews. If the owner of this website does some research they will find that there was somting like this not too long ago and movingscam was in deep crap over it so before you del this do you homework. After living in NYC for 10 years and moving myself with the help of friends 5 times; I decided to hire movers for the 6th move in those 10 years. This was the best decision I made all year thanks to SunWay Van Lines. Ilo and his team were so fast it took my breath away. Even with a hard to reach freight elevator involving 2 sets of stair to access it at my new building they exceeded all of my expectations. These guys were fantastic! Very friendly & most importantly...very fast! This is the best purchase I have made in a long time!

this is the worst company I have ever done bussiness with. They left me and my kids sleeping on the floor with no money they quoted one price and changed it the day of the move Anthony had promised that it would be ok in spite of an email my got to stay away from them I trusted them and now they do not return my calls they have not answered my email's and I dont have any of my things I would never ever use them again

I was quoted a price and told a specific date for pickup and arrival however nothing has been what I was told with Sunway. MY quote increased by 300.00 on move in day. The pick up date was changed because they asked if I could help them out and pick another move day to receive a discount so I did. It has been a week and I do not know where my items are, when they will arrive and what condition they will be in. Joey Acaba, Joe and all the fools at this company are SCAMMERS and idiots. I wish I would have never called them.

moved from New York to Colorado these guys were on the money they gave me the a price and I ended up paying a bit more but I did have a bit more things. Before they came out I had the drivers phone number and the foreman number they showed up right on time and were in and out alot faster than I could have hoped I had a 6 bedroom home and about a .25 of a trailer. when I called today my stuff was already less than one day on a trailer and headed for colorado I cannot say enough good about this company. If you move use nobody else but them.

Got to hand it to these guys. They came in professionally and they left the same way. I had moved in the passed and was left with a bad taste in my mouth about moving companies, but the movers at Sunway Van Lines renewed my faith in them. Well, at least this moving company was worthy of the praise. They stuck to the price, they gave me the service I was expecting, and they comported themselves like true pros. They were not expecting the amount of glass items I had all throughout my home, but not only did they do a banged up job of protecting my items but they miraculousely arrived intact. Ironically, only one items was scratched (my desk), but they responded right away, and I was satisfidied with the outcome. You need a moving company? Go with these guys. Sunway is alright by me.

I move from Rochester, NY to Ellenwood Georgia and I was called by a man name Joe and given a flat rate to move my 3-rooms. Was called later on in the month by Joe and was given a discounted flat rate if I would move my moving date up 2 weeks. So of course I did. The guys were on time and professional until they packed my things on the truck and the price was inflated 3x's of what I expected to pay. Then I asked if I could get my things off the truck and the price price when up again. They had me between a rock and a hard place. When my things finally arrived to the destination I had to call the police for them to release my things because the driver did not want to take a money order. The driver demand cash. The police officer told him that I had a good case to sue and the driver finally took the money order. Communication with the office managers of Joe and John was very unreasonable, lots of lies were told to me that I was given an estamated price not a flat rate. They claim they need a deposit to hold your place never ran the credit card, then they told me that they don't have a credit card machine. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Your company moved us put our belongimgs ina small truck took truck to brooklyn to wait for big truck from miami to reload i belive during the process of transfering our personal items tools and my kids belongng were taken most likely sold. We put out a claim with your company many months ago and still havent heard anything our next step is an attorney you need to cnme to agreement to pay us for our personal belongings our we are going to court this is not a htreat its a promise just like you gave us a promise that out belongings would arrive safely you also quoted a price over the phone and then in person chnaged the price ....without knowledge You keep on ignoring us so this makes us think your quilty W e will take action if you dont call withina week we have given your company many oppurtunites to do so 505-771=0531 570-574-6550 JANE N ARTIE PAPERMAN

There is nothing bright about sunway vanlines. This company is a nightmare from beginning to end, they pick my items up late delivered them late and the damages were un-describible. Nobody at my home spoke english i felt like i was in a concentration camp, stay away from this company.

We moved from CT to GA, and I'm missing all kinds of things. A great deal of it was broken. They were loading things into my house THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ME. Anybody out there missing bolts of orange fabric? Anybody have my kids quilts, worth almost $300? My final estimate was 3 times what I was told it would be. Stay away.

My wife and I recently used the service to move from Manhattan to Chicago. The company had good customer service and packed and unpacked on schedule. However, they did indeed lose on large carrying package which they still have not tracked down, we're afraid its gone for good. Other then that an a few furniture damages here and there, they are "average". Once again - you get what you pay for.

We hired this moving company to move my mother's belongings from New Jersey to Texas and were initially pleased with the company in terms of both customer service and the price estimate. Once the moving company had possession of my mother's belongings, it was a completely different story. At this point, we are still waiting for my mother's belongings to be delivered. Yeck, at this point, we would settle for news that it has at least been loaded on the semi for real this time. When a moving company claims it cannot guarantee a date of arrival, what this company means is you will get your stuff when it is convenient for the company, they will be of no assistance at all, they might return your phone calls, and they will be rude and obnoxious. I understand that an estimate is just that, but the price they told my mother after all of her belongings were packed on the truck was WAY higher than the estimate. When the company gave the estimate, we were told it was based on the amount of cubic footage used on the truck. Now we are being told it is based on the number of items. When we asked if one tiny box counts the same as a giant sofa, no one could give us a straight answer. We were also lied to. The company has told us several times that my mother's belongings have been loaded on the semi and was leaving tomorrow for Texas only to find out it is still sitting in the same warehouse it has been in since October. To summarize, don't use this moving company.
