Broken front step during move

We would never recommend this company to anyone. They moved our belongings from one house to another, in the same neighborhood a week ago, and broke a very thick stone step at the front of the old house. For a full week, they have been promising to send a "contractor" to review the damage, and this has yet to happen. This is highly unprofessional - they are showing us that the damage they caused to our house is low priority to them. The impression we have of this company is that they are a bunch of amateurs, who don't know how to behave like professional adults.

I have used this company twice and I about to move again and will definitely use them again. They are polite, on-time and fast. They moved me from Frederick to Bethesda in 4 hours. That included loading the truck, driving 45 minutes, and unloading up 3 flights of stairs. They said they would have 2 guys to do the move and showed up with 4, but did not charge me the hourly rate for the additional men. The guys just happened to be finished with another job and stopped by to help. I would highly recommend them.
