Terrible customer service. After it turned out they would not be able to deliver our things on the date specified (unless 1 am that night counts as the same day), ended up having to change our moving date two weeks later. And then they had the nerve to call us and blame us for the whole event. Spent at least 1 1/2 hours of wasted time on an essentially "he said/he said" argument. Ridiculous.
