I was asked by Isaacs to go on this website, although I have never heard of it, and describe my experience with them over the course of recent move to Utah. From the moment that I visited their warehouse and facility I knew these guys were professional. I had moved many times over the course of my career, all corporate moves but the experience that I had with Isaacs was one not only of professioanalism. They took special care to make sure that all of the arrangements prior to the move were clear, including two visits to my home by the general manager. My wife was moving her grand piano for the first time in 25 years, a piano that was given to her parents by her parents when she was 5 years old...you can imagine the stress she felt as the movers started to dismantle it. Well they did a fine job in not only moving all of our belongings but also in communicating to us all day exactly what they were doing and how things would be done during the day. The move went perfectly...not a damaged item and everything was exactly on schedule. The delivery in Utah was the same story...prompt, professional , the complete story. I would recommend Isaacs to anyone...they proved to me that they are really an amazing moving company and it was my pleasure to take the time and write about my experience with them. DT

Issac's has since contacted me and offered to make everything right. Although, it was a tough move, they did try to do the right thing.

movers that broke many things and packed poorly (wife's wedding dress scrunched up with child's toys?) Denied taking doors off of refrigerator when I stood right there and watched them do it. Broke wood detail on old house we moved into. Hid the damaged wood and denied it. Ate food from our refrigerator Drank our beer and tried to hind the bottles behind the water heater or in a closet. And much, much more Please go to another company. Not worth the hassle even if you get insurance to cover the things they WILL break. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE POSITIVE RESPONSES WERE PLACED HERE BY ISSAC'S EMPLOYEES. CHECK OUT THE LANGUAGE AND THE TONE OF ALL THOSE POSITIVE REVIEWS. WRITTEN LIKE A MARKETING BROCHURE. tHE LANGUAGE IS EVEN IDENTICAL TO REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER UP THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

They charged SO much more than the estimate- tons of hidden fees that they said was :"in the contract" 8 pages of fine print- a NIGHTMARE- nearly 5k for a 2k estimate of a studio apartment, Nightmare run away - the one mover threw tantrums, yelled, threw things. Be afraid
