This company is very affordable and professional. My original $50/hr movers stood me up on the day of my move, and my friend gave me Dr.Move's number. I called and had a crew at my house within a couple of hours, they were more expesive than the original movers but it was ALL WORTH IT! They were efficient and worked hard, they wrapped my furniture and appliances. I have no complaints at all!

I was given a time window of arrival of 4-6pm...they didn't show up until 8:15pm! I kept calling asking for updates & numberous times was quoted times that came & passed. THEN they showed up to the home where the goods were & started loading items that were NOT supposed to be moved & barely spoke English. STAY AWAY from this mover--wish I had done more research prior to selecting them!

These movers were great, i know they worked their butts off. It was hot and very difficult to move my furniture up three flights of stairs but these guys did an amazing job. Dr. Move will forever be my moving company. Thanks

I have use DRMOVE.COM 4 times now and I love their work! Very honest company! All contract and paper works is give you upfront so you can see their company policy and as a customer there is a great Thing! Very free honest company out there!

These individuals had only employees that were illegals, unprofessional, spoke very little english and had no value for professionalism. We built an our current establishment from the ground up and spared no expense, but we have our walls damaged, our elevator dinged, PC's missing, printers that were dropped and countless things put only who knows where. Their employees expected to have breakfast. lunch and dinner provided to them onsite at the company's cost. They were three hours late and were extremely rude and had never been instructed the ways of customer service. In the end our price was increased by over 45%, we have countless items missing, items moved that were never requested to be moved, items broken, walls chipped etc. Needless to say, I am vastly disappointed and ashamed in having chosen Dr. Move for our relocation project, this was a draining, unprofessional, timely, inefficient and costly experience. No company should have to endure this level of poor service.
