HORRIBLE

3 days late picking up our things. 10 days late dropping them off. We were waiting for 25 days for our things. Never can get a hold of anyone and god knows where your things are headed. Everything destroyed when finally delivered. overpriced. obviously they hired some people off the street to pack the moving vans because everything was crushed, scratched, cracked or broken. mice had clearly been wherever our stuff had been stored because we found a nice home in a box with a huge hole in it. Wouldn't wish this horrible of an experience on my worst enemy. They need to be put out of business.

If you want to get ripped off and loose a lot of your things, use them. We had broken dishes, broken tables and chairs, practically all of our furniture is scratched. One of our dinning chairs "disappeared." I asked the mover where our stuff was & he said that "sometimes things get lost." The final bill was more than we expected and more than quoted. It is obvious that our things were transferred from truck to truck due to the shape it was in. West Cost Van Lines is the worst company I have dealt with for moving. Stay Away!
