DO NOT USE THEM! SAVE YOURSELF! Not only was the move unorganized and a lot of stuff was damaged, but sometime during the move or the one month storage, they stole a giant box full of collections of music and movies that were very dear to me (worth close to $4500) I sued them in small claims court and they got off on a contract technicality. Insure your stuff on all moves and storage.
Avoid at all cost !!

Let me start by saying that I agree with the other reviewers in their review of this company. This company and its people, to begin with Barron, Anton, Art, and other thugs working in this company are highly unprofessional, rude, racist and utterly disgusting people I have encountered in my entire life. They will take your money and you will end up moving your own stuff, probably ..not probably, guranteed damaged, late and face abuses from them. Demanded extra $150.00 to unload the stuff and also said that they will not do it by themselves. Had to ask my father and brother help us unload. They said they will not even take my stuff upstairs and left it in the garage or in the living room. Were extremely rude during the delivery and paid no heed to the contents of the box and kept throwing them. Also the furniture were damaged since it wasnt paded. Were extremely abusive and racist and made us apologize to them for talking amongst us in our native language. They even threatened to take the stuff back if we didnt apologize. So overall, they were late in their delivery, damaged my goods, demanded extra money (almost extorted), were abusive, racist, quality was terrible. Will not only work with them ever again, but will do everything possible to let others avoid this company so that others don’t suffer what we went through. They are utterly useless and highly incapable bunch of people. Avoid this company ....pay an extra to go to someone else, but dont go with this company!!!

HORRIBLE Horrible service! These people are THIEVES!! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL We moved from one city to another and our stuff was in storage for a couple of months. When they packed us everything appeared to be great. We had paid for them to pack, unpack and to assemble the furniture. However when they had to deliver, they kept delaying. They said they would show up on the sunday morning and then they said sunday evening. and our stuff finally arrived on Monday afternoon. NO ONE updated us with these changes. We wasted our time and several hours on the phone. When they delivered the furniture they asked for $300 more. There was some disconnect between the drivers and the office staff. It was a long weekend and the owner and Anton were unavailable. It was a MESS. Anyways they did not charge us the extra $300, but they did not unpack us and did not assemble our furniture either. This was the WORST experience ever! DO NOT TRUST THEM (THE OWNER AND ANTON) highly unprofessional and rude staff. i wish i had paid some extra bucks and gone with the other company that had a higher quote coz that could have saved me a lot of time and my SANITY.
They are thiefs with a business license!

I agree with the other reviewer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don't want your belongings stolen. We had some our belongings stolen in our storage by the STAFF!!! I tried not to judge a book by it's cover, because these guys look scary and very shady. That is the LAST time I try to be open minded when it comes to storage. I will never get back irreplacable items such as important papers or photos again. They are unprofessional, rude, lie straight to your face, and worst of all, they are THIEF'S! They should have been shut down a long time ago. They went by the name Barron's Moving and Storage, now I see they have changed their name to Safe and Sound. That name is a JOKE and cruel one at that. Now the listing says Barron is the manager, before he was the owner, that's probably a lie too.

DO NOT MOVE OR TRY TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THE GUY ANTAL TELLS YOU SOMETHING AND AT THE END THEY STICK IT TO YOU . IT DID COST ME SO MUCH WHERE IF I HAD A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I WOULD HAVE PAID THE SAME. WHEN YOU DEAL WITH EVELS LIKE ANTAL AND THE OTHER BLACK DUDES THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE AND TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT , THIS BLACK GUY SHOULD LOSE HIS JOB AND BE WORKING DOWNTOWN CLEANING TOILETS . HE IS A PEACE OF SHIT THAT I WILL KICK HIM SO BAD SINCE HE HAD TREATED ME AND MY WIFE LIKE SHIT FROM DAY ONE , BUT WE HAD ALREADY OUR FURNITURE IN STORAGE , DO DO DO DO DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
