Ivy Moving and Storage did not honor a binding price. After Mark provided me a binding price for my move, Ray (operations manager) demanded more than the binding price, claiming that I had no contract with the company, and refused to deliver my goods unless I paid the higher price. Furthermore, customer service failed to respond to any voice mails or e-mails, and refused to provide a damage/loss claims form. I filed a complaint with the US Dept. of Transportation, but wish I had read the reviews first! Do not to business with these thieves and extortionists.
