My moving experience was a very positive one. The owner was involved with the packing of my furniture, etc. They were extremely careful with the objects that were packed. Not only did they bubble wrap a wall unit with glass doors, they then wrapped it in blankets and then used a shrink wrap over the blankets. My furniture, etc. arrived at its destination in excellent condition. They were professional and showed great concern with this move. My move was from FL. to PA.

Extremely poor packing resulted in a lot of breakage. Of the 28 lampshades only one survived. Even a wooden tabletop was split in two. Oil paintings had holes poked through them. Every box that contained a fragile item had damage. I have never had such a bad experience. This was an interstate move of 450 miles (costing over $12,000), and the amount of goods destroyed exceeded that!
