Worst Storage in the DC Area

I regret terribly having placed my belongings in storage with Big Foot for over a year. When my furniture was returned, it had acquired mildew (although it was placed in what was supposed to be a climate controlled environment). Other pieces had black spots, and even others were broken. Although I had purchased insurance, big foot moving did not respond to this situation, and left the mildew infested furniture at my home for over a month and a half without even sending a cleaner. They did not update me, nor did they try to fix their mistake. A legitimate company would take responsibility for their own actions. I do not recommend them at all!!!
