These movers picked up my items at storage and said that EVERYTHING needed to be in boxes. This was not mentioned to me AT ALL when I spoke to the company and arranged the move. The claimed they would be packing things 'professionally' only to arrive at my house with improperly wrapped glass items packed in the same boxes with speakers! A tv was packed at the bottom of a very large, tall box. They would not unload the truck unless I paid them the additional packing and labor fees. Unfortunately I had read some positive reviews about this company, and I was swayed by their touting of their high BBB rating. They were not clear on the requirements, were a bit lazy, showed up nearly 3 hours after our appointment time. I would never, ever use them again.
