BAD!!!

the pickup was ok, however, they didn't deliver as per the contract - they just left everything in the middle of the room and left, didn't put ANYTHING together - we had to pay someone to do it! I would not take them again!!! and would not recommend them to anyone else!!

Although, everything i read below this company is a good one. My family moved with this company and was the best experience ever! my family and I have moved a couple times from Tel Aviv,Israel to California. These people had patience and cared about our stuff! the workers that picked up our stuff in the summer were so courteous and polite and really cared about our stuff which was great, made us feel comfortable. They were fast and efficent! What I was most surprised was the service we got after they didn't take our money and run or change. They updated us with departure time and arrival time. They made sure we got the information needed and more, even though I'm not in the shipping business I felt like I was!! This company is a small one but sure enough handled our needs. I have recommended this company to friends and family. People might have had bad experiences with them but then again everyone is different and everyone has different needs and lifestyles. They can't be perfect.The only negative thing to say about this co. is the office needs a little work but very friendly welcoming people.

Me and my husband shopped around for several weeks and interviewed a few shippers for our family's relocation on August 2008. The salesman from Aerostar left a good impression on us, and gave us the lowest rate compared to other companies. Our decision was to use their service- what a mistake!!! this is a classic case of a scam, and this is something me and my husband swore would NOT happen to us, we were so sure this company was serious, and knows what they are doing. After we paid a deposit of $500 the service we received wasn't nearly as kind as at first, we were moved from one person to another, and the nice salesman was no where to be found. We still had hopes things will be ok. That hope was LOST when the movers came, a job that was supposed to be 4-5 hrs took nearly 11 (!!) and on top of that a lot of our china was packed poorly, and arrived damaged (thank goodness for insurance) None of them spoke english, they didnt pack items the way we asked them to and simply ignored us- at this point you feel powerless, and that is the worst feeling. I STRONGLY recommend to stay away from this company, we paid a lot of money, and experienced a total nightmare- I wish I saw this website before I made my move, this company has ads on newspapers, on tv, but they are a crooks.

Aerostar Moving & Shipping, Inc. the were on time to pick up the staff we need .the packing is very good but after the got our belonging the price change ,the time of arrivel was change we got just part of our staff after 3 month ,the custumer service and the service very poor once we make finel payment before shipment .

The services of the company Aerostar Moving and Shipping is the worst that has ever happened to us. We send our belongings with them for 5 months ago from LA to Sweden and we are still waiting. At first they sent a person who was smooth but since the moment they took our household everything is awful. They charge us additional fees for storage, hold our belongings in Holland for some reason, insults us per email, blame us for hodling our belongings somewhere, we don't even know where. Absolutely outrageous scam, cruel treatment, children have not clothes for winter in the nord, a disaster. This company must loose its license immediately. We are paying additionally for lawyers in Holland so in effect Aerostar took our belongings and are blackmailing us for money. Stay out of these people.
